First Ceramics Industrial Headquarters of China was founded in Foshan

Opens the prelude of ceramics industrial headquarters economy in China, it will become the enterprise headquarters platform of optimization and upgrading of ceramics industrial and international expansion .

On September 28, a grand founding ceremony of project was held in Ceramics Industrial Headquarters of China, Nanzhuang town, Foshan, Guangdong province. The chairman of China Building Ceramics and Sanitary Ware Association of China Ding Weidong read out the document about naming of “Ceramics Industrial Headquarters of China”, and granted the tablet of “Ceramics Industrial Headquarters of China” to the Vice Chairman of Foshan Ceramics City Development Company Limited Ye Xianbing. More than 400 persons attended the ceremony including deputy mayor of member of standing committee in Foshan city Xian Ruilun, secretary-general of Chancheng district Liang Yiming, director general of Foshan Economic & Trade Bureau Lijian, vice secretary-general of District Committee and director general of Chancheng district Mr. Liang Weidong, deputy mayor of member of standing committee of Chancheng District Mr. Liu Hongzhen, board chairman of Foshan Ceramics City Development Company Limited-operator of Ceramics Industrial Headquarters of China Mr. He Xingming, representatives from famous ceramics enterprises and newspeople from major news media. The founding ceremony was host by Executive Director and General Manager of Foshan Ceramics City Development Company Limited Mr. Zhoujun.

The total investment of Ceramics Industrial Headquarters of China is up to 2.6 billion yuan, land planning area up to 1000 sq.m, first building area is more than 400 sq.m. Ceramics Industrial Headquarters of China has become the first landing project of creation of Foshan Ceramics Industrial Headquarters Economy. Wei-Dong Ding said with deep feeling: China is the big production and exportation country of building sanitary ceramics ,whose building ceramics accounts for 50 percent in the output of the World and sanitary ware 30 percents above. However there is still a level gap between European and China, obviously in design, production technology, management and service, which brings direct result of low prices, low added-value, low-level competition, and low economic problems. He expressed the hope of careful planning, actively support and strengthening the construction of software and hardware by the government of Chancheng district and the early completion.
